How can it help?
We will arrange for your practice to be mystery shopped over a period of two weeks. The mystery shopper will pose as a client needing advice. Once they have completed their contacts, they will provide a follow up report covering aspects including:
- Buildings and facilities
- General customer service
- Quality of information provided
The report will be provided within two weeks and will contain detailed recommendations as to how you can enhance your service in areas where potential for improvement is recognised. This will enable you to build on your strengths and develop strategies to increase your effectiveness in other areas.
